TRIVIA: WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO RUN 1 SWIM MEET?

At least 15 volunteers 2 hrs to set up (tents, sound, time, computer systems), 40 volunteers for 4 hrs during the meet, 15 volunteers for 1 hr to tear down & store equipment, & a solid time commitment every week to plan, prepare, coordinate, and much more.

Meet Sign-Up Instructions

  • Please sign-in pool side or on Shutterfly no later than Tuesday morning of each week, prior to the meet!
    This allows our coaches to seat the meet on Wednesday & Thursday.
  • Last minute cancellations please contact Ty at 530-613-2661. This helps us coordinate events and swimmers in event of the morning scratch session.
  • No-shows require rework the morning of the meet and may impact other swimmers ability to compete in scheduled events.

Snack Bar Information

Breakfasts and Lunches are available at each home swim meet.
